Roger Mooking visits pit-masters, chefs and home cooks who use fire to create complex, flavorful dishes in unique ways. I co-created and co-produced this fan loving series which garnered 9 fabulous seasons. I over-saw all aspects of post-production including network notes, mix/color sessions, and network deliverables. Bonus: fans are upset that the show got cancelled!
