After years at Gourmet Magazine, Ian Knauer was ready to branch out, and this short cooking segment was the first step. It was a stripped-down operation – just Ian and me, capturing the essence of his culinary expertise. We were a two-person crew, and the simplicity of it allowed for a truly intimate and enjoyable collaboration. It was a special project, a glimpse into Ian's potential.
