For America's Test Kitchen, I played a key role in the creation of On The Road with Bryan Roof, a TV series designed to explore the heart of American culinary innovation. Working in close collaboration with Executive Producer Irene Wong, I helped shape an eight-part travelogue that captures the stories of unique food creators across the country. The project demanded a creative approach to editing - blending sit-down interviews, evocative location footage, detailed cooking demonstrations, and authentic vérité segments. The post-production process involved meticulous attention to audio, including dialogue cleanup, sound editing, mixing, and voiceover sweetening.
